No one shall do any of the following things in relation to any consumer goods or services –
(a) To manufacture, sell, distribute or import goods for consumption.
(b) to imitate any consumer goods in such a way as to deceive the consumer.
(c) To sell and distribute any consumer goods or services by misrepresenting them as other consumer goods or services or by misrepresenting inferior consumer goods or services as high quality consumer goods or services.
(d) engage in unfair commercial practices by way of false or misleading publicity or advertising regarding the use, utility or effectiveness of any consumer goods or services. (e) to produce or sell and distribute consumer goods or services that adversely affect the health of consumers.
(f) To perform other tasks as specified.
